  • Nutrition, functional feeds, and nutrigenomics for reef species

  • Selective breeding, genetics, cryopreservation, and climate-resilient strains

  • Health management, disease diagnostics, vaccines, probiotics, and microbiome applications

  • Coral and reef-associated invertebrate propagation for restoration and stock enhancement

  • Integrated, low-impact, and climate-smart aquaculture system designs

  • Environmental impact assessment, biosecurity, welfare, and risk mitigation

  • Digital, sensor-based, and AI-enabled monitoring in reef aquaculture
