The fees will cover the conference materials (goodie bag), morning break, lunch, tea break and conference dinner.

Kindly be informed that only abstract with completed payment (Local Purchase Order (LPO) or Letter of Undertaking, etc.) received by 15 August will be included in the ICOMSA 2026 abstract book.
Please submit a scanned copy of the remittance advice or transfer receipt of the payment to the Secretariat.
Any bank charges will be borne by the participant and not included in the total amount of the conference registration fee.
No refund will be given for the withdrawal of registration.
If you are unable to attend, a substitute participant is allowed at no extra charge if indicated in writing to the Secretariat by 15 August 2026.
