GUIDELINES
1.
Abstract Submission
Authors are requested to indicate if they wish to participate as presenters of papers (oral/poster) or listener. The scientific committee will decide on the suitability of paper for oral or poster presentation. All abstracts must be in English (official language of the Conference).
2.
Oral Presentation
Presenter will be required to submit a 12 minutes pre-recorded oral presentation which will be broadcasting during the virtual conference on 9-10 December 2020, followed by a live Q&A session.
3.
Poster Presentation
Presenter will be required to submit one (1) poster in PDF Format; 1 Page; Portrait Orientation; not more than 10MB size. Please use your name as the filename.
Abstract Format
1.
TITLE OF PAPER :
Capital letter except for scientific names (Italic). Scientific name should not be preceded or followed by commas or parentheses or other markings.
2.
AUTHOR(S) :
Indicate the presenting author with an asterisk (*). Type in lower case.
3.
ADDRESS AND EMAIL :
Type only the presenting author's institution address and email.
4.
MAXIMUM LENGTH :
1 Page.
5.
PAGE SIZE :
Standard A4 paper (portrait orientation)
6.
MARGIN :
2.5 cm margin throughout (left/right/bottom/top)
7.
SPACING :
Single
8.
FONT :
Arial 11 point type.
9.
PARAGRAPHS :
Paragraph should be separated by a blank space and should not be indented.

SAMPLE/TEMPLATE :
